I tend to agree - sidewall/tires will have an impact. I think the toe setup will also impact. Camber plates may help here but I'm not sure - IMO that's more about ultimate front end grip vs turn-in response...
There was also a bump in response with my M3 LCWs, but that's neither here nor there compared to an E90 and F56
