After a few years of ownership & looking back on this thread, on my '11 DCT the only difference between the two packages is M wheels, black headliner & M door sills. There is no M shifter & the brake handle seems the same.
Personally, I've come full circle to preferring the 264 wheels over the 261 M wheels and I think others have too based on pricing of used wheels now. Same for the headliner & door sills.
