Nacho, if you're referencing me, that's not mine, that one's got navigation.
As far as "rust" from a Quebec car, mine has extremely minor surface rust on some of the undercarriage bolt on parts, the OG owner took fantastic care.
To any potential buyers of northern cars, be sure you get an inspection or at the very least excellent photos all around.
The importing process is VERY simple (except for the being that the borders are now closed).
