Tire rack has the Koni Adjustable struts for 167 front and 127 rear each. So about 600.

And I am sure you could get a used cobb AP for around 600.
So yes you will run a little over. But its not far off. Also depends on if you want new springs too. If so, I would forego the downpipes and get struts and springs and the tune.
or you could blow the whole thing on KW V2. In my experience, the best initial bang for buck mod is suspension.
