BMW of Asheville is the only dealer. Joyner is a small BMW specialty repair shop located in the downtown area, I don't think they actually sell any cars. When my E46 M3 was improperly towed years ago, I had them install a set of rear trailing arms when I didn't have the proper equipment to do them myself.
