I will point out that there is not much of a performance difference between a 9" and 9.5" rim for 255-40-17s. However, there are a few classes including STX in autocross where a 9" is the largest possible wheel so this seems to make more sense. A 9.5" is still not really wide enough for a 275 so it's a bit of a waste in that sense. But don't bother with a 17x9 +45, there are already several inexpensive options available in that size, either go higher offset (48 is good but I think really more like 52 would make the most sense seeing as the 9.5 is +63) to make it properly fit the rear or don't bother IMO.
