Are you keeping in mind that 40 and 35 are %'s, and are applied to different widths?
a 40 cross section of a 215mm tire is .4 x 215 = 86mm height
a 35 cross section of a 245mm tire is .35 x 245 = 85.75mm height
You think you'll see a sidewall height difference by eye on a stock tire set up? A .25mm difference?
If the tires are stock, this question won't be answered by a picture from the side of the car.
