It was about a year and half ago that Castrol changed their oil ratings.

I use to use Castrol RS Edge 0w40, it was LL4 rated. Then Castrol stopped making that oil. Its been replaced by Castrol Edge FST(Fluid Strength Technology) 0w40 which is LL1 rated.

I always change my oil every 6K kms, so I think the LL rating is kind of a moot point. I use the 0w40 grade bc it covers a wider temperature range. So that is what I would recommend you to use.
