Short of having a crystal ball, I don't think anyone can know what updates a dealer's diagnostic equipment may receive at any point. For one, you can set this tune to "No Map" and all signals pass straight through. Beyond that, voiding a warranty should only become an issue once something breaks, and a warranty claim is made. Removing this tune is as straightforward as installing it, so just have it out before the tow truck gets there.

If you're seeking an ultimate guarantee of invisibility and immunity to any and all issues, don't ever modify any car that is still in warranty, in any way. Otherwise, do what every person with mods on their new cars has done, and decide that some small amount of risk is acceptable to you. Then, stop thinking and place your order!
