I dont have a step by step...
But you need to remove the old phone unit you have and delete that unit code from the vo (so MULF or TCU).
Add the combox code to the vo, then code the cic and combox with the cars vo and that will code the combox to the car.
Then you can use NCS expert to code the unit for streaming etc.
Do a google search for coding combox, there are loads on there.
