Diesel is nice for people carrier or a daily drive if you drive lots of miles/km or if you use car for workhorse but for me that s about it. I see also no point of buying a big diesel engine for that purpose i would rather buy a 320d then a 335d. The money you save you can buy a second hand M3 as a weekend toy. That give more fun than 335d.
