It's been almost 9 months since my last update and quite a bit has changed in my life (new house, new baby, etc.), but the 135i has remained on the road continuously racking up miles and performing fantastic. It's up to 175,000 miles on the odometer and has only required a replacement set of o2 sensors and some oil changes.

I actually toyed around with selling the car a few times over the summer to free up funds for another vehicle, but ultimately decided against it after receiving a bunch of low ball offers from a ton of flaky buyers. I did manage to get some rather flattering photos in the meantime, but the setup is the same as it's always been.

In bigger news, the 135i now has a new place to sleep as well as a roommate. Last week I purchased a new-to-me 2016 BMW M5 Competition in Alpine White with 40,000 miles in mint condition. Bone stock at the moment, but I have some things planned.

And a little cold start video of the M5:
