I have no information supporting your claims that a new engine and transmission are required. The headlights do have some haze to them and a few scratches from rocks, but I don't see why they would need to be replaced. With PPF on the front of the car, only the edges were exposed. If the buyer wanted a perfect car, then I would persuade them that this is not it. This car has over 172,000 miles and is meant to be driven, not resprayed because of a handful of rock chips to sit in the garage and look pretty.
