It's been verified, unless something changed. I'll try and find where it was discussed. I think even Dan from United BMW confirmed it.
Pav, it's just another for BMW to make you feel unique. Same stuff, but cooler color!
EDIT.. Ok here's a couple threads that says rear rotors are same, pads are same, and people think the calipers are same too. Still looking for more info.
