I rock the DWS on my stock wheels as well. Have summer tires on my VMRs, I love my DWS, though not as sticky as my Hankook summer tires, I feel in the cold they are far superior, and in the rain they are flat out amazing. So far have aobut 6000k on them and couldn't be happier. Yes they do make noise if they spin, like when launching the car or pushing hard around a corner, but I wasn't looking for a winter race tire when i bought, just a great handling tire that would be decently fun in the dry and excel when it rained or when we got that once a year light snow. I couldn't be happier with these tires, they do everything I ask and then some.
