The DS2500 I haven't tried yet, but the Carbotech XP10's work well double duty, but they make a shit ton of dust and can be noisy sometimes (and eat the rotors a bit)
Also our stock pads (09/10 + for me) are garbage, I can do only 3 laps before they start fading.

Ferodo DS2500 fills all the pitfalls of the HP+ with excellent cold bite and consistent brake torque until its MOT(maximum operating temperature). And does it with minimum to no noise(when properly burnished) and does not wear rotors are prematurely.
