I purchased parts 4-6, part 5 is the only required part and the other two are optional for a 1M installation.
Getting the two plastic bushing tabs to twist to the fully released point without damaging it was the only tricky part I ran into. I used two small flat blade screw drivers to spin it around in the mount.
