335 sedan = $40600
M3 sedan = $55400

335 coupe = $42600
M3 coupe = $58400

3 series M is around $15k more

135i = $36000
$36000 + (guestimate) $12000 = $48000

my guess is the M1 base price will be $48000

I think the M1 will use alot of the performance parts thats already available now and with a tuned engine some what like the 335is with a little more
tuned engine, lsd, maybe LED AE, some M3 parts, new headlight design (like the e90/2 facelift with the build-in eyelid), perf. exhaust, perf. intake..etc . This is the only way bmw can make an affordable M

look at the video...that exhaust is the perf exhaust
