When I got my car it had the 710's on it, 225/40 front and 245/40 rear, and they didn't rub. Can't say about the 255's on the rear.
I went to the Arc-8 wheels, Liked the looks and the offsets better. In retrospect it was a very small change and the 710's really do look good, if I did it again I wouldn't. If you have stock though, I would check them (Arc-8's) out. If you haven't already.
I have 265mm on my rears right now, and I wouldn't doubt there's room for more.
I have the stock 2011 suspension, your PS setup could differ here as I'm sure you know.
