I had a similar problem after fitting koni yellow. The guy doing the install had (unintentionally) turned the adjustment knob to maximum-hard setting during the installation. It made the front end feel harsh to the point of feeling like it was bouncing. After I backed off the damping, it car rode nicely. Around 1.5 turns from full soft is a fairly typical setting for the front.
