Thanks Mike for a great DIY because I was a little nervous about this one. There is a definite moment of no return when you cut through the exhaust pipe. The reciprocating saw with a metal blade did the job in 5 mins. Couple of pics below. Exhaust sounds great at idle, will go for a drive after lunch.
