I believe you can get those numbers on an optimistic dyno with just a tune, intake, and E85. I think a lot of people are forgetting the E85 part, especially if the tune is specifically designed for it. What I'm not sure of (and I'm not trying to knock you at all) is if those numbers are safely sustainable. There's no extra cooling going on at all, no meth or upgraded FMIC. In the long term, it'll always run pretty hot if you're consistently making those numbers and you'll mess up a turbo. At least, that's the worst case scenario.
