I've been chasing a problem with the driver's side headlight moisture problem on the car. During my inspection, I did find the access panel in the wheel well was slightly ajar, but I also found this area of the wheel well suspect as well. Shouldn't there be a splash panel there where the cutouts are? (Pic taken from engine side of wheel well.)

Definitely missing something there, mine fell out as well and I rigged up a cover on my own with some spare plastic.
I can't seem to identify the missing part though, see below:

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong section...or it's just a part of the wheel well liner and not separate..
