I've been chasing a problem with the driver's side headlight moisture problem on the car. During my inspection, I did find the access panel in the wheel well was slightly ajar, but I also found this area of the wheel well suspect as well. Shouldn't there be a splash panel there where the cutouts are? (Pic taken from engine side of wheel well.)

Mine is open like that on my 135i. It's where I typically zip tie my brake caliper to when I'm working on anything suspension related.
