Your posts have been really helpful. I'm running into a similar problem. I want to try the VIN solution in comfort mode but can't find a good write up on how to use comfort mode. I updated my drivers on my bimmergeeks cable and get all the same errors you did. I'm super close to nailing this down but would appreciate a nudge in the right direction using comfort mode to flash the RSA delete and 128 to 130 tune.

Loaded the Bimmerlabs tunes and LOVE the results. Still haven't been able to get the bimmergeeks install to work.
