It's not really "hate," it's just reality. I get current BMW loaner cars regularly when I take my 3 older BMWs, and my 2018 M2, in for service. Some of them are highly decorated with mindless "M" badges. I also own an M2 plus did the one-day M-school in CA, and had the chance to also drive the M3 and M4, this past December.

The new cars, all of them, are "soul-less." Some of them, especially the "M" cars as opposed to "M-badge decorated cars" are fast, and would probably be good on the track. What they are not, for the most part, is fun to drive.
