U.S. manufacutures do have the car filled with fuel when they say curb weight. What these magazines do is they take what BMW says their unladen weight is and call it a curb weight. To everyone else, the curb weight of a 135i is 3440lbs. To me and a well informed person, its 3274.
Btw, I've seen a lot of people over the past couple days on other forums be turned completely off when they saw the 1560 kg. I'm tired of informing. The Devil is in the details.
