I like the idea, but to do it right, its easily a $40k swap. It just doesn't seem transformative enough. For $5k more you could have a complete f8x. Aside from dropping the motor in, which may not be too bad, as S55/N55 are extremely similar, getting the electronics to work correctly would be the biggest challenge. You would have to buy ALL of the s55 electronics and cooling and find someone with enough knowledge to make it work right.
