Agreed,

the wheels themselves are nice, but that is the worst fitment I've seen on a 1 series or bmw. I hope that fitment was not recommended to you by a vendor. As it's basically non functional. That is just dangerous, as it's not even stretched, it's just OUT. If you drove a car like that on the street, the fender would cut through the tire after a few thousand miles or less, until it completely fails.
