about 8 years ago I took my AW 1M to Cars and Coffee Irvine, CA as I did many times. Cars and Coffee Irvine closed down and few years after that I did a search for BMW 1M Cars and Coffee Irvine because I was looking for a picture of the first large 1M meet there. To my shock and surprise, I came up with these two photos that someone took of my car while I was walking around. I thought the pictures were outstanding so I kept a low-res copy of them. A few years after that this thread started including the photo competition. Since I didn't take the photos, I reached out to the photographer that owned the site and asked for permission to enter the pictures. The photographer's name is Bernardo Macouzet but I didn't hear back so I never submitted them. Well today, 3 years later, I received an email from Mr. Macouzet apologizing since he had moved and forgotten about that email address. He was kind enough to share the hi-res images with me and now 3 years to late for the contest, but I wanted to share these two lovely photos of my 1M in its infancy. Thank you Mr. Macouzet for the lovely photos.
