I'm sorry, I just noticed that you said the winglets are 2.5" off the ground, can you measure from ground to jack point ? (do you still have the plastic moulded pieces attached to the car?)
That winglet measurement doesn't make sense to me. Your fender lip height is the same as mine but your winglet is 2.5 and mine are 3.5.

I re-measured the winglets. Mis-read the markings on the tape measure - I've got 3.25" clearance under them (with completely worn, about to be replaced, 225/40 MPSS.)

Don't have enough clearance to get a good read on the front jack point.
Harbor Freight steel 3-ton low-profile floor jack has about an inch of clearance before hitting the pad. So probably right around 4" above the ground. But that's not a very accurate measurement.
