Good luck. I doubt anything like that exists, and I would defintiely never do mthat to my car. It's not just the bolt pattern that you need to contend with, you'll be adding with, with that adapter (if it even exists), on an already high offset wheeled car. Also, the hubcentric extension will need to be taken into account, so you'd probably be looking at custom adapters, specifc to that situation/wheel.

Even so, you're adding quite a bit of width with the adapters, and unless your wheels have an offset of ET60, you're going to have tires sticking waaaaay out of your fenders.

No need to even go into the safety factor with all those other issues.

See what you can get for them, you might be able to re-use the tires on those wheels, and put the $$ from the sale of those existing wheels towards a new set that are made to fit your new car.
