Not difficult to assemble. All I had to do was connect the hose to the unit, and clip in the hand rail to the body.

There shouldn't be an issue with a hose extender as long as it connects securely. Before running the high pressure, just have water flow through the hose with the power washer turned off and check for leaks. If no leaks then run pressure washer at low pressure and finally high pressure.

READ: Before running at low/high pressure, be sure to just have water flowing through pressure washer without any spurts to bleed out any air in unit before pressurizing the water. This prevents motor from pumping dry and decreasing life of pump.

If storing in freezing temps, bleed unit from all water.
