I'm sure a response would be interesting, but I went with stating IRREFUTABLE FACTS for a reason. Regardless of what they may say, how they position what went down, etc., THIS IS PRECISELY WHAT HAPPENED. It's really unfortunate.
I maintain that others may have / have had better experiences. BUT, the question I'd be asking myself if I were to ever consider them would be ...should I take a risk in seeking guidance from them, having them do the work, etc? For me, the answer is obvious. NO! There are factually better sources out there on all fronts.
