has anyone actually that has had there pumps replaced got a answer from BMW pin pointing which part of the pumps that are possibly failing???? I no my last platform the Speed3 which had a HPFP there was very few failures running stock power levels...But when moded over 350WHP the pumps could not keep up as the pressure these HPFP are kicking out are over 1600psi...hence why CP-E and others have upgraded pumps to deal with this issue...but being new here, what is BMW's answer to all who have had replacements??
I agree on the software update...my car feels good....but agreed a broken pump is a broken pump, and most cars do not even run on a bum pump....so why would software improve a bum pump or the way the car runs??..Will see.....but if BMW removed all the updated pumps from your dealership they must feel its a software issue...
