Porter: If Vishnu is one among only a select few reputable shops/alternatives, and there are many customers in the market, then they have power.
I always thought it's a good policy to go with the shop you're closest to. If you have problems it's always nice to be able to talk things over in person. And since they probably have a higher concentration of customers in their immediate vacinity (and if they don't they should go where they are), by bringing a stink to them it's more visible and you're more likely to see the attention you deserve.
And I know people who go to Vishnu. Shiv might be Shiv by everyone I know loves what they do.
