Not sure where you're reading the DCT gets more torque than the MT equipped cars. The DCT is treated the same as the MTs as far as power and torque increases with the PPK. The horsepower and torque literature for the PPK increases were spread across the N54 and N55 motors which also encompasses cars equipped with the Steptronic transmission. The Steptronic tranmissions were the ones which got the higher torque increase with the PPK.
