Rotors are directional if the vanes in the ventilation gap are angled a certain way. I have Stoptech directionals on the front of my car and it was clear which side was meant for what. |

I think that answers your question, you don't have any options and don't order 1 left and 1 right.
It's a good question though and observant. Long ago on another forum I was a moderator on we had this question come up a few times, and in the end it didn't seem to matter about directions. Vendors said so when asked, and looking long enough for pictures of rotors set up on more expensive cars from the factory showed them going both directions as well. |
Yea mine isn't clear and I don't think they are my last ones were so I was so confused. Guess everyone makes them different. Next brake job I do eventually will be stoptech
