I think the HPFP failure rate is higher than what BMW claimed. I had my HPFP replaced around 35000 miles. I wonder any one here in this forum who had not had their HPFP replaced after 50,000 miles; else I will assume most people here either had their HPFP dying or replaced at least once; which would be a very high failure rate.
