Those are identical wheels in terms of production processes. There is no difference.
The only way they differ is the finish. The GT2 has a machined face and won't be quite as resistant to salts, road chemicals, etc. if they're going to be used in winter conditions. The GT1 has the painted finish beneath the clear coat.

We're splitting hairs, but that's the difference.
