This List is for LL-4 oils. LL-4 is for EU gas with no to little sulfur.
I am sure IF someone were to ask a BMW dealer in the US to pull up this list... BMW NA probably has a LL-1 list like this.
I would also think IF an oil meets LL-4 specs... it might also meet LL-1 specs. But you really need to read the particular oil bottle label.
