You know how the saying goes. If you have to ask then you can't afford it. Pretty sure this is a prime example of it.
A special customer would be someone who owns every single M car and has a warehouse full of them. And someone who wouldn't blink an eye if BMW said special paint would be 20k+ for the 1M.
