MHD stage 1 is what I would do. Costs less and has lots of options there for you to utilize if you so choose.
Recently tuned with it; not only did it only cost only $320 (could cost only $250 if you don't purchase the monitor module), but it made a very noticeable difference, and it is a bonus to be able to data log and be able to monitor how everything is running. Additionally you can check codes, clear codes, reset adaptations, register a new battery (dealer charges an arm and a leg for this), and change maps in about 30 seconds or so.
