I received my replacement models a few weeks ago and they arrived very well packed and in good shape. Thank you Max for answering my email so promptly and replacing the damaged models. Thank you Dac for setting this up in the first place!!

I am part of Dackel’s Group buy of 1 Addicts. Apparently Max designed and built these models, which were originally to be shipped by Dackel, who has shipped to me before, with no issues. It seems that many buyers are receiving their Models broken.
Also, I have not heard from you since my last reply over two weeks ago, in which you had promised to replace my broken models. Have the replacements been sipped yet? They were very expensive and I also had to pay even more for the duties and taxes.
