The DCT cooler will fit in place of the e82 engine cooler; iirc they are different enough that you do need to use the dct version for a plug n play solution.
Where is the s65 engine cooler hitting? You have to trim the radiator support similar to how you would for a large fmic. The shroud for the front bumper will be ditched as well. After that the bumper should be flush against the cooler when you go to install it. I didn't have to trim the bumper itself. Post a Pic.
