Another idea to even out the geographical differences (accessing more dealers) is Performance Center Delivery. Regardless of the buyer/dealer location, everyone takes delivery at BMW's fine performance center.

For your reference, my dealership's standard internet dept pricing starts off at $500 over invoice ($1k over ED invoice), I'd reckon with your group leverage, you might be able knock that down a little more.

I heard that some NJ/NY dealerships near here have $500 over ED invoice. I remember I saw somebody got $500 over invoice? well...whatever dealership gives a good deal..
