Just done this install today and took me 2 hrs. Had quite a few breaks in between. The front was actually harder for me to do compared to the rear.

For the front, putting in the fasteners gave me the most trouble since it kept bending. I used the flat side of a wrench to push it in. Took me quite a few tries before it went in. For the big bolt looking thing for the bottom. I used a small screwdriver and placed it in the center and pushed it up rib by rib.

For the rear, I couldn't do it without taking the wheel off. After it was off, it was quite easy. The self tapping screws provided was easy. The rear itself took me like 10 min on each side.
