you wont find the flywheel any cheaper than that ebay link, trust me. I looked for months while driving around on a continuously degrading clutch that eventually wouldn't even let me get over 60km/hr.
Don't bother trying to get it re-surfaced. Not worth the hassle. What if its unsuccessful? you're up for more labour charges to have the work re-done with a new flywheel.
