I bought something like this from amazon and connected it to the original usb and aux port on the center console. Then i did cut the other end and put standard 3.5 mm and usb male connector.

In fact i did even retrofit the oem mic with a pioneer unit (see my other post) but the oem mic does not work with either xtrons, avinsusa and the current sony unit i have - only pioneer headunit accepted the oem mic.
