Thanks. Yeah she is definitely flying; 4th gear is just nasty.
When I dynoed I was 491hp/ 500tq at the wheel. Dyno and logs posted here

Since then I have removed charge pipe meth, added PI, and an M4 flywheel. My boost is a few psi higher than the dyno and I feel like the lighter flywheel freed up some hp. I am definitely over 500 right now.
Gave up on e75 and dropped it back down to e50. She was running ok but I want some headroom on the fuel system.
Log from last night after I dropped the e back down. Definitely enough octane
